This is what I am thinking when I hear this phrase “a kind of mental masturbation.” There is a saying in Arabic that says, “If it is a great pleasure you should do it.” The concept is that the more we are in control of our thoughts, the more pleasure we will receive. This is why we are never on autopilot.
It’s also why we are never on autopilot when we do something new. We need to be in the moment.
The thing we need to remember is that we tend to stay in our comfort zone at this point. We need to make sure we don’t do anything that will give us pain. So if the thing we are doing will give us pain, or makes us feel uncomfortable, or makes us feel like we can’t do it in the moment, we need to change the thing.
We can’t just wait until everything is perfect. We can’t just make it perfect. Even if the thing we are doing is perfect, some parts of it will still be imperfect. The thing we need to remember is that it’s not perfect. So if it’s not perfect right now, we need to make it better.
When it comes to pain, we should be careful not to do anything that will make us feel uncomfortable, painful, or tense. If the thing we are doing is perfect, then we should do it without hurting ourselves or anyone else. But it needs to be done in a way that doesn’t hurt anyone. We should be able to do it even without having to think about it.
There is an old proverb that says “Pain is temporary, but pleasure is forever.” That’s one of the reasons why there is a saying “Pain is pleasure, and pleasure is pain” that has been around since the beginning of time. And when you put that in the context of life, the reason why we have this saying is that by keeping pleasure and pain separate you can achieve more pleasure than pain.
That said, I want to point out that pleasure is not necessarily the same thing as happiness. Happiness is a state of mind, but pleasure is a physical expression. It’s the feeling you get when you’re enjoying a good, or a bad moment, or a great thing happening to you. It’s the physical reaction you get when you’re in the right mood.
This brings us to our next point, happiness is a state of mind that is not necessarily the same thing as joy. Happiness is not the same thing as joy because happiness is a state of mind, which is something that we can get from within ourself, but joy is something that comes from outside of ourselves. It’s a feeling that comes from outside of ourselves, and that is not something that we as humans can get from within ourselves.
Joy is the feeling that comes from the other side of the brain, or from our soul, and that is from the happiness that we have inside of ourselves. Happiness is something that we can get from inside of ourselves but joy is something that comes from something that we can get from outside of ourselves.
This is not to say that joy and happiness are bad things. If your happiness is what you get from the outside of yourself then that is a very good thing because it is something that you can control and have power over. Happiness is also something that we can get from the outside of ourselves because we are a part of it. But the happiness that we have inside of ourselves is something that we can never fully control. It is something that can only be influenced by our own actions.
