By I’m a woman, and I’m still a j cook age woman. I don’t have to buy the latest, most expensive cookware as many women do, and I’ve been able to spend a lot of time cooking since I transitioned into a career as a chef in college. But I’ve also discovered that sometimes I need to go back to basics to find the kitchen tools that make cooking fun again.
This is why I cook. I just want to be able to cook like I knew I could before I had kids. And with the advent of #cookingwithkids making a few modifications to my recipes like using the same spices in different dishes seems to be a simple way to keep it fresh.
Your current kitchen looks like a boring, plain old kitchen. It’s just completely plain old. When I read The Cooking Manual, it was like a computer where I was watching television. I was amazed by how many different people I knew were using it. I can’t wait to give it a try.
