By I’ve noticed that we all have a certain amount of height to our heads. However, when we are more than five feet or three inches tall, we really feel like we are about to get hit by a moving truck. This is because our brains have to work a whole lot harder to keep us centered when we are a full foot taller. In addition, the increased brain demand can lead to headaches, nausea, and fatigue.
It’s also important to remember that we don’t all really live in the same place on earth and would be more accurately described as a spectrum. In fact, the only thing which is fixed is our height, and it’s not going anywhere. The only things which are adjustable are our weight and our mood. We have to work with the things in our life that we know will improve our mood.
