Brenda Catalan is probably the most well-known dish of the summer. I have already covered this in the description for the recipe and I think it is a good idea to add some more garlic and herbs when making this dish. Brenda Catalan is a very tasty dish because it is one of the best we could find! It is served with a variety of toppings (chunky, with little pepper leaves or a bit of garlic-infused cheese).

You should know that, in spite of the fact that it’s a wonderful dish, the garlic is a little too much for me, but the herbs will do a lot to make it taste great, and most of the time it tastes great. I really like the texture of the garlic, but I wouldn’t use it with cheese.

The ingredients in this dish are very similar to those in a well-loved chicken soup that I grew up eating. The only difference is that the chicken broth used in this recipe is made from chicken carcass. It allows the chicken to cook for a longer time and results in a softer, richer chicken broth.
