By I’m a big fan of instagram. I love seeing who’s on my feed and what’s going on in my life. I feel like a lot of people have that same mindset, and it can be hard to see the world through the filter of your own thoughts, but I think that’s what makes it so worth it.
One of the problems I have with Instagram is that I feel like I have to be on it constantly to see whats going on, instead of being there for the things that matter the most. I mean, if you had to choose between Instagram and Facebook, I would choose Instagram every single time. But I guess that is the price you have to pay for being a social butterfly like me.
I also feel like Instagram is the only social medium I have ever really liked, so if you could turn off the notifications and just post your stuff, I would be more than happy to follow, and in fact, I’m pretty sure most of you are too.

I do have one other account though that I have been very careful to keep private, and it is one of the few places I can put up photos of my pets. I have been trying to take photos of my dogs and cats without other people seeing them for a long time. I have just recently figured out that people do not need to see dogs and cats in my photos, so I just take an unflattering photo of them and do not post it on Instagram.

I was introduced to this account, Brooke, by a friend who had just moved to Seattle. She was having trouble finding a pet for her two dogs and decided to create a simple account where she could share her photos with people who might not have the same relationship to dogs and cats that she does.
It’s interesting because I’m always looking for new accounts to follow. I have found so many amazing accounts through Instagram and Twitter. I even follow a few accounts I like on Facebook with a lot of followers. I like to think of myself as a pretty random person, but I’m not. I have found some accounts that really resonate with me and I really like them. I can’t imagine what it must be like to follow a random person on Twitter, but I can try.
