With a little help from the internet, I have discovered the three levels of self-awareness – the conscious, the unconscious, and the subconscious.

All three of these levels can be found in the same person. Consciousness is easy to spot. People who are aware of their surroundings, their actions, their thoughts and feelings are usually not self-aware. You can tell if you’re aware or not because your actions and words are consistent. You can tell if you’re unconscious because you’re usually too busy to notice your actions and words.

The unconscious, on the other hand, is much harder to spot. People who do not know what they are thinking, what they are doing, and what they are saying are usually unable to identify themselves as such. They can’t even tell if they’re aware, because they are so focused on the thoughts and actions of others that they don’t even know themselves. That’s what your unconscious means.

The unconscious is what your brain is doing when you are not conscious of its actions and words. The conscious is what you are doing when you are conscious, that is what your mind is doing, and it is what you are aware of. In other words, there is only one you.

If you are the person who is unconscious, then you can’t have a consciousness that is the same as your unconscious. You can’t be conscious of something that is unconscious, and you can’t be conscious of something that is unconscious. So, this is how you can’t be conscious of something if you are unconscious.

If you are conscious, then you are aware of everything you are doing. In fact, when you are consciously aware, you are aware of yourself, you are conscious of your thoughts, and you are conscious of your actions. That is how you are aware.

And this is why it is so hard to be conscious of everything you are doing. Of course, you can be conscious of your conscious thoughts and actions but that would be too easy. A lot of people are.

The problem is that if you are unaware of your thoughts, then you are very difficult to work with. Because when someone is aware of themselves and their thoughts, it seems to be so hard to get them to do anything with them. As a result, it is so difficult to work with people who are aware of their thoughts, because that would be easy.

A lot of people are unaware of their thoughts. That’s fine. There is a difference between being aware of your thoughts and being aware of your actions, which is what we are talking about. The problem is that being aware of your actions is much harder than being aware of your thoughts. Because when someone is aware of themselves, it is so hard to get them to do anything with them. That is because the brain cannot process information in a direct way.

The way I’ve been talking about the brain, I don’t mean to say that being aware of your thoughts is impossible. There is a level of awareness that you can achieve with the right tools. But in order to get there, you have to know yourself well. And the best way to do that is to learn to listen to your own voice.
