We’ll be watching to see what happens in the next few days, but the developers clearly wanted to showcase the robots as a band. I was very surprised to see that they’ve made a character named ‘derektrendz’ for the game (derektrend means “dark” in German), because the idea of a band of villains who are not playing together was not in the game’s original design.
Yeah, it’s kind of bizarre to see a game using an acronym that doesn’t exist in English. The designers were probably thinking of something a bit more along the lines of “Dark Rock” for the robots.
They also added a bit of a story to the robots. They were created by the same inventor who created the robots in the original game, but they were created and then killed off by Colt Vahn, who had them all killed off. Now though, they are back and alive and have a band together.
The reason is probably that both of these characters were created by the same inventor, but they don’t have the same ability to create and kill. That was the problem for Colt. They needed to create a new character who had a similar level of customization to the original character, so they went with this new character. It’s a little weird to think about, but it’s probably the most logical way to do it. I’m not sure if this is the time or place or just a coincidence.
I think this is a strange concept, but derektrendz is a very old-school robot that can jump really high. The idea is that a bunch of people, all with different abilities and talents, come together and kill each other and become super-strong. The main problem with this concept, of course, is that we cant really tell what is actually happening because we cant see the actual robots doing it.
