In the summer, I try and cook as much as I can with some of the more common ingredients and try to create my own unique dishes. I love the fact that there are so many delicious veggies and fruits that can be used, and that I can play with them to create exciting new dishes.
But my favorite thing about cooking is the fact that it’s a creative outlet. I have a hard time thinking about food in a way that is objective. There are too many variables that need to be considered when I’m eating, and so there’s something special about cooking with the love of fresh ingredients and seeing my dishes come together as a result.
It’s the combination of those ingredients and my imagination that makes cooking memorable. There’s a reason why the chefs and recipes that I’ve tried are usually unique and wonderful. It is because Im taking my ideas and making them into a whole new dish that I can enjoy and be proud of.
For the time being, this is a very limited time slot where Im will be the cooking and devouring chef. I have to spend a lot of time on my meals, so I can’t really take it very seriously.
What Ive been trying to do is change the way I cook so it is easier for me to cook something new. If the recipes are unique, or the ingredients are new, or something is new, I don’t want to be stuck in a time loop. I have to give up on it, because it has a lot to do with not being able to do it. I want to be the cook.
So, I think the idea is for me to try harder to make my food healthier. It takes much less time to cook with ingredients I already have. I started experimenting and it was kinda fun. For example, I made a spinach salad with spinach that had been in the fridge for an hour and I got a plate of it with all the vegetables. It has worked out pretty well so far.
You can do that with a salad, though no food is perfect right now. The idea is to have people eat salads on their plates each day. This is where the idea of a food diary is really important. It’s a way to keep track of how much food you ate in the week, what you ate in the week, and what you’re eating right now. The idea is to give people a recipe for what they should eat after they’re through it.
So if you are trying to lose weight in the process of losing weight, then you should really be eating a lot of salads. The salad is actually the cornerstone of the salad diet.
