By My friend and I are both in the eye-patcher medical office. We see each other every day, so we can’t help but be in constant contact. He wears an eye patch, so he has to wear it while we’re talking. I’m not wearing one, but I do wear a bandage on the side of my face and a bandage on my eyelid, so I can cover them when we’re in the room.
Just because one of us has a different picture doesn’t mean we need to do the same thing. We don’t get the same results, but we do get the same results.
It can be a little weird to get to know someone with your eyes covered.
The problem is when you have to wear a medical device that covers your eyes. You can’t see, and you can’t see anything. They’re both bad things. What makes it worse is the fact that I have a medical condition that can make it difficult to see my friend’s face. I’m not sure if its something I’m born with or something that I’ve developed with an eye patch.
You can get vision-impairing diseases, like macular degeneration, by wearing eye-patch devices. But, you still can see. As a good example, I was recently in a hospital with my mother, and she had to wear an eye-patch to help her see. Its very frustrating. She still couldnt see the top of my head, or the bottom of the bed, or anything that I was using my hands, or anything else that she was using her hands.
That’s no joke. You can develop sight problems by wearing a medical device called an optical-retinal implant. If you don’t wear one, you can develop visual issues like this. But it is a serious problem. My mother is one of the millions of Americans who have been given an optical-retinal implant. It has been linked to poor vision and loss of depth perception, making it more difficult for a person to read and drive.
I mean, I really dont need to explain it to you. There’s a good chance you’re going to develop eye problems. So I’ll just give you a little bit of background. Optical-retinal implants are used in eye care clinics to treat eye diseases. Basically they are a piece of glass with a tiny camera on it that is implanted under the skin of the eye.
We use the term eye patch because there are a number of ways to look at it. Like you can look at the light from the lens and see how it’s looking when it’s not in the right position to see.
But the problem is, if an implant is placed under the eye, you have to take it out to remove it. That leaves you with only a tiny window to view the world outside. And that doesn’t include all the things the implant can do. For example, you can wear the implant on your nose to make you forget that you are wearing a patch. Or you can hide the implant in your ear so it doesn’t affect your hearing.
