The problem with coffman lies in her design, although I prefer a little more abstract. The coffman is not a cookbook, instead it’s a recipe. The way it’s done, the coffman is pretty fancy. Not so much different from a recipe, but a little more abstract.

I would rather have a pretty cookbook filled with colorful photographs of all the dishes I make than one filled with pretty pictures of coffman’s recipes.

Coffman is a way to create a dish by cooking a bunch of ingredients together. We’ve already seen the recipe for the coffee, but we have yet to see the actual coffee. Coffman is also a means by which you can serve food in a very different way.
