I have always loved to cook but have never thought I could do it as good as others. After being introduced to the blog “living home” by a fellow blogger, I was inspired to create my own blog to inspire more and more people to put more thought into their food and cooking.

The great thing about cooking is that it really is just a lot of fun. The first time I cooked for a group of people, I didn’t think it would be that fun. But then I realized I didn’t have to do that all the time, so the more people I cook for, the more fun it gets. If you want to learn to cook the way that I do, you really just have to learn to cook.

I am a big fan of the recipes in this book. There are plenty of recipes that are completely vegetarian, even vegan. There are also many more recipes that are just as good and still vegetarian (or vegan) as their meat-based counterparts. I wanted to make it because I didn’t like the first one but I also wanted to make it to look like something else. I decided to mix everything together and just mix everything with a lot of ingredients that I wanted to be more familiar with.
