I’ve always been a fan of Lauren Gerson’s self-awareness series. I especially admire the way she talks about the idea of being aware of what a person is doing and then being able to change it. I’ve been a fan of the series for quite some time now, particularly the last episode, the one that talks about the relationship between self-awareness and the self.

Gersons is also a master of the “show, don’t tell” principle. This means that in her series, she describes the steps that she goes through to become aware of what people are doing, then she tells us the actions she’s taken to change it. In this episode, she talks about the importance of being aware of your own actions, even if we don’t feel the need to change them.

In the last episode, Gersons explains how she decides to get out of bed every morning and to notice what she has done today, and whether or not it leads to a positive or negative outcome for her. She has a rule, which says that if she wants to change her own actions, she should be aware of what is happening around her. In fact, she keeps a list of all the people she knows that she can change.

This is one of the many things that Gersons says helps her wake up. And of course, it’s important to note that she also says that she works out in order to be able to notice her actions and avoid making the same mistakes again.

It seems that in most instances, rules are a way of keeping people who are not necessarily aware of their own actions from repeating them again. For example, when one is in a car, one’s actions are more likely to be noticed if one’s actions are in some way consistent.

I can definitely see this being useful to someone that has trouble remembering things like dates or times. But in general, this seems to get in the way of what is really important. I think that’s what makes it confusing about the concept of a rule.

I don’t know if it’s safe to say this is a good thing or not, but I do know that a rule that is actually pretty useful, can make people more aware if they repeat it again. That’s what I’m thinking about my own life today.
