Lydia D. Farley’s recent article “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness” offers a glimpse into the mind, the heart, and the body. In her words, in order to truly understand what it means to be human, you must be trained first.
Lydia D. Farleys new book, The Three Levels of Self-Awareness, is a detailed journey into the mind, the heart, and the body that I highly recommend.
Lydia D. Farleys new book is another step in the direction of mental health. In it she shares her ideas on mental health care, how to overcome the barriers of mental illnesses, and the importance of connecting with loved ones.
In Farleys words, “the heart is the mind’s way of saying “I’m not afraid”.” Her book is full of examples of how mental illnesses, such as anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder (BPD), can be linked to a lack of empathy and connection with others.
I highly recommend it. The book is filled with examples of how mental illnesses, such as anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder BPD, can be linked to a lack of empathy and connection with others. Farleys is not shy about making sure she speaks to her readers of how that lack of empathy and connection leads to a lack of control over their emotions and emotions are easily exploited by the wrong people.

When the story starts, Farley’s friends of hers have a new set of faces on her doorstep. Her new friend is a member of the Guardians of Life. She’s not shy about coming in and talking to him every time he sees her.
Even if you want to go through with this, you’ve got to give her a break.
People who are used to seeing only the good in people are often the ones who end up being hurt the most. Farley is a person who has been dealing with a lot of rejection, and that is reflected in her interactions with the Guardians. She has, at least in this story, given up on her friends and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure they are safe.
It’s not about who you think someone else is, people like Nirbhaya are a good example of this.
