Ive created so many smoothie recipes in my time that I am in constant need of new ideas. I love the concept of smoothies because it allows me to get back to basics. The first time I tried making a smoothie was when I was a freshman in college and I was like, “I’ll just make a smoothie.” My roommate was like, “I can’t, it’s too complicated.
It was actually my job at the time, one of my instructors, to make smoothies. My job was to create and test recipes, and then I would post the recipes on my website. The idea was that people could just try the recipes, and if they liked them, they could keep making them, but if they didn’t, they could throw them away.
Making smoothies was kind of like the way you might make a smoothie out of fruit juice or juice concentrate. It was a really simple recipe, and if you had enough juice, you could have a drink at any time you wanted (or at least that’s what I thought it was). I think that’s what it was about for me, I like making smoothies. I like smoothies because I can do it all by myself, I don’t need a recipe.
I could have just made my own juice concentrate, but I decided to go with the recipe I had and its kind of this “I want it smooth” thing. I love smoothies because I dont have to worry about anything going wrong, I just want to drink a smoothie. I could have sworn I was doing it all by myself until I read the recipe, but I was pretty much doing it all by myself all through high school, college, and grad school.
I’m a woman and I love smoothies, I was a smoothie addict. I would eat my smoothies almost every day. But I could never get it to taste like it’s supposed to because I always ate so much of it that I started to get sick. I tried doing it by myself a few times, but I just ended up getting sick. As I grew, I started to realize that it was a lifestyle that was bad for me.
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, especially since I was just reading that you can now find the recipe for smoothie recipes on Pinterest. It got me thinking about how it feels to be that person who has to eat smoothies all day, especially while doing homework or taking care of a sick relative.
I’m not sure what it is about smoothies that makes them so addictive, but I can imagine it’s probably because they’re low in calories (and a key part of smoothies, as well as all foods, are fat). It’s also possible that smoothies, like everything, are a lot easier to pick up when you are on top of it.
I can only imagine how difficult it is to make a smoothie that is low calorie and low fat. A lot of the recipes on Pinterest are pretty high in calories. I haven’t tried many of them yet, but I like this one and I want to try it. It looks very simple, and I’m going to try it right now.
