In the last edition of this column I spoke about the “sinking” of our confidence. That sinking feeling of anxiety about being self-assured that we feel when we don’t feel good about ourselves is very common these days. When we don’t feel good, we feel anxious. When we feel anxious, we feel insecure. When we feel insecure, it feels like we don’t have control of our self. It is a common human condition.

A lot of people, particularly younger people, have a lot of trouble letting us know when the feeling of insecurity is something that is just in their control. We all know that feeling. We all feel insecure when we feel that way and we probably all feel anxious when we feel that way.

We feel insecure because we are afraid of something. Anxious because we do not know what is in our control. It is very common in these situations to try and find the source of the anxiety, to go for help.

This is why the feeling of insecurity is so incredibly common. When it happens, it’s not really a problem of an individual, it’s a problem of a group. The feeling is not a problem of one individual, the feeling is a problem of a group. This is a part of why we have the feeling that we are in a group when we feel anxious.

Anxiety is a very real thing. The feeling of stress in a group can be real and harmful. In the case of anxiety, it is a feeling of fear. Fear is a powerful emotion, and if it is too strong it can lead to one of the three main types of health problems that we’ve all been looking for a long time. We look for something to be different from the norm and make it so that we can avoid whatever we think might be dangerous. We might not realize that a restaurant we were going to is dangerous until we step inside. This is especially true in the case of airports. We might be afraid to fly because we think our safety is in question.

This is another reason why many people take flying so seriously. When we think we can’t control our own emotions, we actually can’t.
