The more I learn about the science of “self-awareness,” the more I realize how much more I’ve taken for granted. A long time ago I read an article about how just one year of self-awareness led to the change I made to my life. I’m not sure if it was the self-awareness, or that I just put it into practice, but it certainly has made a difference.

At the end of the day, I think self-awareness is more important than most of us realize. If I had no awareness of myself and my experiences, I would be very lost. But even though I’ve been living and working in the same city for a decade, I’ve never really been able to do anything about it. I can’t even drive. When I was young I was able to do a lot of things.

Although I wasn’t able to do everything that I wanted, I did find time to work in my chosen area of fitness. It’s a skill that is essential to being a professional athlete, and I was able to get that work in during my time at the University. But once I was out of college, that all changed.

Once I left the University, I found that I wasnt able to do anything about it. I wasnt able to train, I wasnt able to do cardio, I wasnt able to run, I wasnt able to lift, and I wasnt able to bench press.

So, what did I do?Well, I got a job at a private gym to use the free time I had. And I discovered that I did all of this stuff wrong. I wasnt using my brain. I was just using my muscles. Which leads into my next point.

To become fit, you first need to train your brain. And in the fitness world, that means cardio. You need to use your body to lift weights and do cardio. In the fitness world, that means jogging. Your brain is basically your muscle. It is not your muscle. It is not your muscle. It is your brain.

So if you want to become fit, you might as well do the things that will get your brain juices flowing. You might as well get a workout on the treadmill. You might as well get your heart pumping by jogging. All of these activities will train your brain. That is the key.

While many people use the term “brain workout” they are pretty vague about what it is. It can mean just about anything from aerobic exercise to yoga to meditation to even walking to running. Most people try and make it seem like cardio is the whole deal, but that isn’t always the case. A basic run is not going to get you into the best shape of your life. A basic hike is not going to get you the best exercise of your life.

Well, duh. I mean, I don’t really like to jog, but I did it today. I did it for 30 minutes. It was the most efficient way to get a good workout, and I was actually surprised at how much my body hurt. I have a lot of injuries, and this is just one of the ways I’m working to fix it.

I have several broken bones, and I think I have a concussion, but I really don’t need to do anything else.
