She believes that our thoughts and actions aren’t really our own. She also shared the importance of what she calls, “the three levels of self-awareness.” She said, “We are all more aware of our thoughts and actions on a moment to moment basis.
This is an important message for all of us to hear. We all need to start being more aware of our thoughts and actions. It is very easy to forget and then act upon what we think we are doing. We also need to be more aware of what our actions are doing to others. This is especially important because there are certain actions that others can’t see.
Nicole says one of the best ways to get it out of the way quickly is to “start looking at life in a new way”. She says having a good attitude is important and it’s easy to get bogged down in the things that do not matter.
I agree. This is a good tip. The next time you feel like your mind is on autopilot, take a look at why you’re doing what you are doing. For example, if you’re trying to find something on an app, don’t just focus on the search result. Instead, ask yourself a few questions and start to look at the things you are doing in a new way.
